Meet the Partners of FESPA Global Print Expo 2025

With just a few weeks to go until thousands descend on Munich for the FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, Rob Fletcher takes a closer a look at the well-known brands that are sponsoring this May’s event.

One of the annual highlights not only on the European market’s calendar, but also on that of the global printing industry, the FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 is now just a matter of weeks away.

Thousands of people will pass through the doors and walk the aisles of Messe Berlin from 6-9 May, with many on the lookout for the new machine, or in some cases more than one new solution, to help transform their business. From new wide-format print devices to specialist finishing equipment, the FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 will have it all.

Of course, events on this scale would not be possible without the support of exhibitors and sponsors. In this article, we shine a spotlight on those companies throwing their backing behind the event as official sponsors.

Unleash creativity, grow profitability

Among this year’s sponsors is HP, which is serving as the 2025 event’s official ‘Future Work Partner’. A long-term exhibitor at, and indeed supporter of, FESPA events, HP will also have a major presence on the show floor on Stand 4.20-A20.

“Bold ideas deserve bold execution,” HP said in its pre-event blog. “We provide the tools to turn ideas and designs into stunning prints that transform spaces and communities. With the right technology, crafting high-margin applications in the most vibrant colours and white inks is not just work, but something you will love.”

HP will primarily focus on its large-format printing solutions at the event this May, inviting those in attendance onto its booth to learn more about its extensive portfolio of machines. Much of this will centre on its HP Latex technology, with all devices in this collection running water-based inks, which, according to the manufacturer, offer a sustainable edge by having a much lower impact on the environment than other ink types.

“Progress isn’t just about speed, it’s about purpose,” HP said. “We strive to help businesses grow while protecting the planet. We are committed to offering innovative solutions that are safer for your workplace and for the environment, to transform the footprint of your business without compromising on print quality.”

Joining HP as a sponsor is another digital print giant in Durst, which will, incidentally, serve as the ‘Digital Excellence Partner’ for the event. Operating off Stand 27-B35, Durst will be showcasing a selection of its technologies, all of which are developed in-house.

As its sponsor designation may suggest, Durst will focus on digital print solutions. Those in attendance can speak with experts about the manufacturer’s latest developments in wide-format digital printing, including standard printer models, as well as flatbed and roll-to-roll machines.

“We invite you to join us at FESPA 2025 and explore our latest innovations firsthand,” Durst said. “Take the opportunity to experience our technology in action. Book your personal live demonstration or schedule a meeting with our experts.”

At your side

Elsewhere, returning as a sponsor this year is Brother, which takes on the role of ‘Industrial Solutions Partner’. On Stand 2.2-C30, Brother will display and discuss its latest innovations in direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF) and wide-format print technologies

Highlights will include a showing of the new GTX600 DTG machine, which the manufacturer has billed as an advanced solution for both high-volume and high-quality print production. It follows the roll-out of sister model, the GTX600 Extra Colours machine, which has been on the market for several years now.

Aside from this, Brother will lift the lid on new innovations in DTF, with visitors able to learn more about advancements from expert staff on the stand. In addition, Brother will show off its software workflow automation solutions to help optimise production processes and enhance operational efficiency.

“As a market leader, we remain committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that combine the highest quality standards, durability, and sustainability,” Brother said.

Also active in the textile and garment print markets is another sponsor, UFABRIK, a producer of textiles for digital printing. As the event’s ‘Premium Textile Partner’, this offers a clue as to what visitors can expect on Stand 3.2-A40 this May.

Those in attendance at the event will have the opportunity to view the full range of UFABRIK digital textiles, which the manufacturer said are suitable for use with all ink technologies. At the FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, visitors will be able to handle samples and speak with staff about how the products will perform on different types of machinery.

“UFABRIK benefits from an unparalleled manufacturing infrastructure supported by a fully contained supply chain that includes weaving, washing, dyeing, coating and finishing, delivering a unique advantage in quality and consistency,” UFABRIK said. “With 14 coating lines in operation and additional production lines scheduled for future implementation, UFABRIK has the scalable capacity and the ability to compete globally like no other textile corporation.”

Heat up your leadership

Another materials supplier sponsoring the event is Stahls’ Europe, which this year is serving as ‘Heat Print Technology Partner’. Located on Stand 1.2-C15, Stahls’ will speak with visitors about its range of pre-cut and custom athletic numbers, letters, and logos.

The company, which works with customers in regions around the world, will demonstrate its solutions across heat transfer presses, heat transfer vinyl within textile printing, and screen printing, including transfers, bringing and decoration.

“We are well-known and respected throughout the sportswear, custom apparel, and promotional products industries for high-quality and innovative equipment, materials, and services,” Stahls’ said.

Concluding the impressive list of sponsors for the FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 is Keypoint Intelligence, which, while not having a physical presence at the event, is known as one of the leading providers of data and analysis for the global industry – and will serve as ‘Thought Leadership Partner’.

Founded more than 60 years ago, Keypoint Intelligence works with clients across the digital imaging industry on independent hands-on testing, lab data, and extensive market research – all with the aim of helping them to drive their product and sales success.

“We have been recognised as the industry's most trusted resource for unbiased information, analysis, and awards due to decades of analyst experience,” Keypoint Intelligence said.

In addition to the sponsors supporting the FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, visitors may also be interested to learn of two leading names supporting the European Sign Expo 2025, which is taking place alongside the main show.

EFKA, the ‘Textile Frame Partner’ of the European Sign Expo, will be using its presence on Stand 3.2-C24 to showcase how its textile framing and lightbox solutions can help attendees capitalise on the latest market trends.

Alongside EFKA is NSELED Europe, an innovator in the LED displays sector, with customers in over 120 countries and more than 21,000 installations worldwide. As an official partner of the event, NSELED Europe will speak with visitors about its solutions across LED walls for commercial, promotional, and creative applications – all on Stand 3.2-C31.

While just a small teaser of what to expect at the FESPA Global Print Expo, this will more than whet the appetite of those preparing to head to Berlin in just a few short weeks. For those making the trip, we wish you a pleasant and safe journey, and look forward to seeing you at the Messe!
