FESPA 2025: Where Visionaries Meet

Michael Ryan, Head of Global Business Development and Global Print Expo shares how the upcoming FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience shows will be the meeting point where visionaries meet. Michael shares the upcoming features that will be present at these shows.

We are delighted to return to Berlin this year with FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 and with a fresh strapline, one that is a natural progression from our focus on ‘Opportunities’ in 2024.

This year the strapline, ‘Where Visionaries Meet’, places emphasis on you, FESPA’s global community, and positions our 2025 events (Global Print Expo co-located Personalisation Experience and European Sign Expo) as the ultimate connection point for visionaries to meet. Through our new strapline, we want to illustrate the wider importance of exhibitions, and the opportunity they deliver as a collaborative and connective environment.

Product development remains the key reason for many visitors’ attendance at our events, and our 2025 strapline, considers the wider experience of our global exhibitions for all stakeholders, including: making meaningful face-to-face connections, networking with like-minded individuals, knowledge-sharing, being inspired and discovering something new.

We want FESPA Global Print Expo 2025, and our co-located events, to provide members of the speciality print sector – the ‘Visionaries’ – with an environment to identify, create and maximise opportunities, make impactful decisions and contribute to the future of their business and the wider print industry.

Visionaries in our minds are a whole host of stakeholders – from our visitors, exhibitors and speakers to FESPA Board members and Association Heads, as well as FESPA Awards winners and intelligence organisations. It’s exciting to think about the impactful connections and decisions that will be made when all of these Visionaries meet under one roof in Berlin – at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 and its co-located events.

Through our world-class exhibitor line-up, exceptional networking opportunities and rich feature programme, visitors to FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 will be inspired, experience first-hand the latest printing innovations, broaden their knowledge and feel empowered to share ideas, unlock commercial opportunities, contribute to the success of their business, and drive the narrative of the future of the speciality print community.

  • Our exhibition floor will connect visitors with leading, international exhibitors who will be showcasing their latest products, services and solutions.
  • Our educational content will provide a space where Visionaries can learn and expand their expertise and create potential opportunities to meet with subject matter experts and gain new contacts.
  • At Club FESPA, visitors will have the opportunity to collaborate and network with peers from FESPA’s Associations.
  • Visionaries can be recognised for their outstanding creativity and print excellence at the FESPA Awards. Visitors to FESPA Global Print Expo can also take inspiration from the Awards shortlist, which will be on display at the exhibition, encouraging ideas and future participation in the Awards.
  • Our feature programme and co-located shows will highlight new innovations and applications for Visionaries to investigate potential vertical markets for business growth.

So, whether you’re looking for inspiration or advice and knowledge about turning your vision into a reality, FESPA has the tools you need to make this happen.

As the campaign gathers momentum, we’re excited to hear from you, our Visionaries, about your hopes for the future and how we at FESPA can make them happen.

How is AI quietly shaping the print industry

Johnny Shells, Principal Analyst at Keypoint Intelligence shares how AI is quietly transforming the print industry, enhancing efficiency and personalisation. It automates tasks like prepress checks, job scheduling, and colour management. AI also enables personalised printing, reduces waste through demand forecasting, and improves customer service with chatbots. This technology optimises workflows, not replaces human expertise.
