FESPA Brasil 2024 surpasses 90% occupancy in exhibition area

FESPA and APS events are proud to announce FESPA Brasil 2024 will return to São Paulo, Brasil from 11th – 14th March 2024. The exhibition will take place at the Blue Pavilion of Expo Center Norte and the exhibition area has already reached 92% capacity in merely 3 months.

Numerous new brands have joined as exhibitors and are expanding their stands to offer more solutions to visitors.

Alexandre Keese, Director of FESPA Digital Printing, highlights the positive moment: "After announcing that we will occupy the entirety of our exhibition pavilion, we are very pleased that we have exceeded over 90% of the occupied area 100 days before our opening. This further demonstrates of the industry suppliers' confidence in the business generation capacity of the FESPA and APS brands."

There is a 10% increase in the number of pre-registered visitors for the exhibition compared to the same period last year.  In 2023, FESPA Digital Printing received over 21,000 unique visitors.


"This increase in the number of pre-registered visitors are the result of a joint and continuous effort made by the APS team who have generated quality content for the event. We continuously work through the year and share information across our channels. We are optimistic that we will once again break the record for the number of unique visitors, showing that our sector is vibrant and eager to see live solutions," adds Alexandre Keese.

Visitors will have the opportunity to discover cutting-edge innovations across all markets where digital printing is involved. This is a significant advantage of FESPA Digital Printing, as it is the only trade show in the country that brings together solutions from all areas of this technology, which is increasingly becoming a fundamental part of Brazilian printing companies.

In addition to equipment, supplies, software, and everything that is part of the printing cycle, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in a series of free technical activities prepared especially for those looking to grow and enhance their knowledge in their areas of expertise.


There will be congresses and practical activities organised and conducted by those who are confronted with daily challenges and demands of the industry. These include: Sublimation Island, organised by Felipe Soares, Director of Print Center; 3D Fab Lab, organized by Rodrigo Dinardi, Director of Universo da Criatividade; and CAMBEA Super Fast, organised by the Alltak team.

FESPA Experts will also be present to offer tips and guidance in different areas of expertise. Strengthening the hybrid trade show concept, the Print Live Studio has been expanded and will host a series of live broadcasts so that no one misses anything happening within the event.

FESPA Brasil will place from 11th – 14th March 2024 at the Blue Pavilion of Expo Center Norte in São Paulo. Innovations in digital printing for signage, textiles, promotional items, decoration, labels, 3D, and other areas will be showcased, highlighting printers, media, software, inks, finishing equipment, and much more.
