EFI Reggiani to support regional goals with FESPA Asia

The EFI Reggiani division of EFI has revealed plans to use the inaugural edition of FESPA Asia 2017 to support its ongoing growth plans in Asia.

Taking place from February 15-17 at BITEC in Bangkok, Thailand, the event will welcome exhibitors from across the industry, each of which has a focus on the ASEAN market. One such company is EFI Reggiani, which is keen to enhance its presence in the region by reaching out to new and existing customers at the event next week.

Speaking to FESPA ahead of FESPA Asia 2017, Michele Riva, sales and marketing director, said the company will look to promote a number of its solution, each of which it believes will benefit those active in a number of areas of the wider Asian print market.

EFI Reggiani, as recognised premium solution provider, has been promoting, selling and servicing industrial digital printing machines in Asia for many years,” Riva said.

“In line with the specific market requirements in Asia, we are concentrating our efforts on the area to foster the emergence and development of Asian’s domestic textile printing market. These include green technologies and green processes such as pigment printing and disperse no wash.

“On the other hand, EFI Reggiani, within the EFI Group, is developing new tools leveraging EFI’s specific key software expertise to offer complete web-to-print and workflow solutions, including colour management and production-oriented features.”

Technology on display at the firm’s booth will include the EFI Reggiani NEXT printer, a machine that print onto fabrics and papers up to 3,4m wide using the same ink set.

Visitors to the company’s stand can also learn more about the new EFI Reggiani AQUA water-based reactive inks, which Riva said provides a “safer printing process while extending inkhead life”.

Riva added: “Users gain consistently high quality backed by an experienced EFI Reggiani support team offering extensive knowledge and full technological support.”

In addition, EFI Reggiani will hold a session on February 16 at 4.30pm at the conference theatre, where visitors can learn more about The Green Textile Factory and how manufacturing reducing costs, water and energy consumption

Riva concluded: “FESPA Asia is a dedicated exhibition focused on wide format digital, screen and textile printing. We recognise that it is a forum to share some of our newest technological innovations in an important, growing region for textile production and innovation.”
