LEDIT YAKI eyes customer interaction at European Sign Expo 2021

LED lighting technology and solutions provider LEDIT YAKI has opened up about its plans for the European Sign Expo 2021, revealing how it will use the event to interact with visitors in a specially designed booth.

LED lighting technology and solutions provider LEDIT YAKI has opened up about its plans for the European Sign Expo 2021, revealing how it will use the event to interact with visitors in a specially designed booth.

LEDIT YAKI works with a wide range of customers in markets all around the world, operating across a distribution and sales network that spans Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America and Australasia.

As such, the company selected the global European Sign Expo event to both reconnect with existing customers and reach out to new clients, with the exhibition the first opportunity to interact face-to-face with customers from around the world since the pandemic began in early 2020.

Rather than simply display the products it offers, LEDIT YAKI has created an innovative stand that will allow visitors at the event to witness the solutions in action and, according to Sonia Villabla, business development manager at LEDIT YAKI, visualise how these products can be used in a wide range of applications.

“Given the unfortunate circumstances that we have not been able to meet with customers face-to-face for so long during the pandemic, we have opted to dedicate the physical space of the booth at the European Sign Expo to greet customers comfortably,” Villabla said.

“In our Amsterdam booth, the customers will be able to experience our products, our new launches and very efficient applications in a digital manner, with samples and information available for them to take away. We will do all of these while respecting social distance, meaning all visitors will feel safe while at the booth.”

Villabla said this approach to showcasing its products will eliminate the need for customers to touch its solutions and applications, instead allowing them to see the LED technology in motion all around them.

Though Villabla did not name specific products and solutions that would be on display at its booth at the European Sign Expo, she did confirm that visitors at the event would be able to view products from its architecture lighting range.

The European Sign Expo 2021 will take place from 12-15 October at the Amsterdam RAI in The Netherlands, running alongside the main FESPA Global Print Expo 2021 event at the same venue.
