The Fespa Team

Emma has over 20 years’ experience in Finance and is a qualified Chartered accountant, having started her career in audit.  Since moving into industry, Emma has held a variety of finance manager roles in very diverse sectors (ranging from a Private Equity owned Veterinary Group to a national Charity).     
At FESPA, Emma is responsible for preparing the management accounts, assisting the Head of Finance and supporting the rest of the Finance team.  Emma works 3 days a week.
Emma has two children and outside of work, most of her time is spent ferrying them to, or watching them play, football. 

During her early career, Gill worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth office in a variety of roles both in Whitehall and overseas in Pakistan and Cameroon. She then moved to the education sector working as a Finance Assistant and School Business Manager. Having developed a passion for finance she has recently joined FESPA within the finance team where she plans to develop her skills further and study for an accountancy qualification.

Outside of work, Gill enjoys spending time with her family and learning French. She also loves being outdoors and takes a keen interest in rewilding her garden and local green spaces.

Hamish Macintyre has over 5 years of Finance experience and has a Degree in Accounting and Finance. Hamish joined FESPA in 2024 living only 2 minutes away from FESPA head office. Having previously worked for Fullers the Brewery in Chiswick London as an Accounts Assistant where he also was introduced to Management Accounts.

At FESPA, Hamish works as an Assistant Management Accountant under Emma and Andy working on the smooth implementation of the new finance system Iplicit. Preparing monthly management accounts and comparing actuals to budgets.

Hamish is currently studying ACCA and has two exams remaining until he is a chartered accountant.

He was lucky enough to attend his first FESPA event Wrap fest in October 2024 at Silverstone which he gained a firsthand insight as to what happens at FESPA events which was thoroughly enjoyed.

In his spare time Hamish enjoys working out with a passion for fitness, and likes to travel Thailand and Rome being his next places to visit.
