The Fespa Team

Neil Felton joined FESPA as Managing Director in 2011. Since then, the organisation has gone from strength to strength, experiencing remarkable growth. Neil has been instrumental in launching five new regional FESPA shows and four new sector specific events across the globe. He also expanded the international community, offering new FESPA Direct membership options in addition to the 37 associations, which are supported by FESPA’s Profit for Purpose programme. Neil was promoted to the position of CEO in 2013.

Prior to joining FESPA, Neil held a variety of senior exhibition roles, culminating as Executive Director at William Reed, where he presided over three-fold growth in event revenues from his division.

Neil graduated from Thames Valley University with a degree in Modern European Studies. He speaks fluent German.
 

Following periods spent both studying and working in Germany and Spain, Michael graduated University with an honours degree in languages and quickly established a successful career specialising in sales and marketing for leading exhibition venues across the world. 
 
Joining FESPA in 2003, he has become a respected key member of the team and organised more than 40 global exhibitions with FESPA.  Through a dedication and passion for print and the people involved, Michael has been instrumental at the inception and execution of FESPA activities in Mexico, Brazil, Eurasia and South Africa. He works closely with the events teams to recognise market trends and launch new products and feature areas throughout the FESPA portfolio.   Away from print, Michael is kept busy by his wife, dog, travelling, healthy lifestyle and sports.

James has over 20 years’ experience in Sales having worked in advertising, sales and exhibitions prior to joining FESPA in 2005. James works across the global portfolio of exhibitions that are delivered by FESPA, particularly focusing on the European and Asian Markets.
 
James is a dad to two great kids which takes up a lot of his time, however he can sometimes be found in the 19^th after a round of golf and enjoys socializing with family and friends.
 
 
 

Graeme is an enthusiastic print specialist with over 30 years’ experience in the screen and wide format digital printing industries, with knowledge acquired through hands-on design, production, sales, and operations management.

Graeme has a comprehensive understanding of printing processes, leading the goal of creating outstanding print that stimulates brand engagement through practical innovation.

As FESPA’s Head of Associations and Technical Lead he presents on technical topics at conferences and seminars. Graeme also provides in-house expertise to support the Print Make Wear, Printeriors and the new Colour L*A*B* features at FESPA’s exhibitions.

Graeme has been recently inducted as a Member of the ASDPT, the US based Academy of Screen and Digital print technologies following his nomination by Michel Caza.

Duncan’s knowledge of, and passion for, the community that FESPA serves made it an easy decision to return in 2022 to lead the Marketing and Events team after almost three years delivering world-class events for the HR community. 

With more than 20 years’ experience in B2B communications and events, Duncan’s experience as a senior journalist and latterly event director of all event formats in several sectors – from public safety, FMCG and food and drink - prepared him well to play a key role in FESPA’s growth with a focus on meaningful content and connections for the global print community delivered through our awards programme,conferences, and feature events at our global exhibitions from 2010-2019. 

Duncan enjoys golfing, paddleboarding and other outdoor pursuits with friends and his two teenage daughters. 

Susan started her exhibition and events organising career at DMG World Media working on a variety of trade exhibitions, Fire, Tobacco, Metal, Glass and Coatings.  Susan joined FESPA in October 2006 and worked on FESPA’s flag ship exhibition in Berlin 2007.  As Head of Operations, she effectively manages the operations of FESPA’s global exhibitions and related events. 
 
The team were very proud to win the AEO Award for Best Overseas Show for FESPA Mexico 2017.  Following the terrible earthquake in Mexico on 19 September 2017, FESPA postponed the 10th edition of the exhibition during its build-up and rescheduled successfully just two months later.
